AGM 12th July 7.15 - 8.30 pm. Presentations at 7.00 pm

TO ALL ASPIRE CLUB MEMBERS, COMMITTEE MEMBERS & COACHES

This year the club has enrolled its 100th member, who will receive a voucher for a term's gymnastics fees from the LC which will be presented at the AGM.

The club has been able to purchase new custom made beam mats with a grant from Hampshire County Council with the help of Councillor Adrian Collett, who will be present to "hand" them to the club.

 The gymnasts, and their siblings, are invited to be in the photograph for the press at 7.00pm in the sports hall and afterwards to stay for a DVD in the lounge upstairs during the business part of the AGM. They should bring a small snack, a sleeping bag and can wear pyjamas or onesies. They can take their belongings upstairs, before the photo. Coaches will supervise the children upstairs.

4. MEMBERSHIP

ii Legal guardians of junior members (maximum 2 per family)

iii Coaches working within the club and have attained the age of 16 years

iv Duly elected Committee members.

The AGM will take place on Friday 12th JULY at Frogmore LC in the sports hall at 7.15 - 8.30pm 

 At 7.00 pm Councillor Adrian Collett will officially present the Beam Mats to the club.

Aspire Gymnastics at Frogmore's 100th member will receive a voucher for the fees for the Autumn Term  from the LC.

All Officers of the club are required to stand down at the end of a year but can be re-elected. Only one officer, the treasurer, has decide not stand again.

 Helen Newman has been nominated as treasurer. Any other nominations should reach me before the AGM.

Please come and support your AGM, find out who is our 100th member, meet the parents of your child's fellow gymnasts. 

Soft drinks and "nibbles" for adults in the sports hall  from 7.15pm

NB the Pyjama Party is actually a creche while the AGM business is carried out. Parents must remain at the LC.
