gym club

It was a very successful competition for Aspire. We only had 3 gymnasts, Ashley, Daniel and Megan, but they brought back 4 medals. 2 Gold for Megan on Floor and Rebound and 2 Silver for Daniel on Floor and Rebound. There were about 12 gymnasts in their group. It was the first competition for Megan so she has done extremely well to gain medals.We are very proud of you all. Photos are here:

Well done girls there were some really good results today.  Congratulations to Lara 2 personal bests today;  Molly 2 personal bests and Sophie 3 personal bests and well done Eleanor on your first time in the team. A special well done to April who bravely took part even with a bad pain in her back. I hope it gets better quickly. I'm not absolutely sure how they calculate the "Most Improved" team but I think we stand a chance of winning that. It is between us and Concorde. We have improved our score by 21.2 and they have improved by 24.8. We will have to really try very hard. Your bridges are all looking much better, keep working on them. The splits are also improving, sit in splits as much as possible. Don't forget the chin ups and leg lifts  Gil Photos are here:
