Oceanview Rhythmic will have their Annual Prize giving event on Saturday, 22 November at 12h00. The Zone VI Championships will be in Walvis Bay on 12th December and Carla Schutz Level 4 will represent Namibia at this event. Congratulations we are proud of you!  Then there will be a holiday break. Training will commence again on 12 January 2015

Aspire Cup - Elise for excellent sportsman-like behaviour. She is kind and thoughtful. She consistently encourages her fellow gymnasts. Frogmore Cup - Molly for always working hard and doing her best every week.   She is lovely to coach. Yateley Cup - Mariah for adjusting so well to her new class. She works hard and is keen to progress. Her cartwheels have improved so much over the last few weeks. She doesn’t give up and keeps trying until she has grasped the skill.  

Women's Artistic Medals Well done everyone. Over 50  gymnasts took part. Some only began gymnastics this term! Everyone received a certificate and a T-shirt with a slogan on the back. The slogans were chosen, from a list, by the gymnasts.  This is the medal table for WA. The next competition for WA competitive squad is at  Alton on November 30th. Jo you will let you know if she wants you to enter. Everyone else can enter the Liberty competition, where we usually do very well, on Sunday 14th December.  Look out for the entry details coming soon. ACRO and KS medals
